Carter Winery in Okanagan Falls grows and produces exclusively estate fruit, tended to by Viticulturist and Winemaker Valerie Tremblay. The wines are produced from vines planted in 1981 and are some of the oldest vines in the Valley. Stephen Carter and Val’s approach to winemaking starts in the vineyard with farming for lower yields with minimal intervention.
