From field to flask, Arbutus sources only 100% BC grown fermentables & grow many of the botanicals. In pursuit of the unconventional, truly unique, flavour-forward spirits & cocktails. Brewed, Fermented, Distilled & Bottled on-site through our beautiful still possessing a lambic helmet and two special superaromator columns, each possessing dephlegmators allowing for maximum spirit character control.
